Data centre industry to present $4.9B investment opportunities for real-estate by 2025

<p>JLL India, on Wednesday, said that an additional 9.3M sqft of real estate is expected to be developed for rapidly growing data centre industry at $1.3B investment by 2025. This industry will give a $4.9B greenfield investment opportunity to the real estate in the next 5 years. The world&rsquo;s second-largest internet market&rsquo;s data centre capacity will grow to 1.078MW by 2025 from 375MW in H1 2020. This growth will be amplified by India&rsquo;s growing telecom industry.</p>
