DDoS attacks increases 30x in Oct

<p>There was a 30x increase in DDoS cyber attacks in India during Oct. The majority of such attacks were intended to flood an ISP&#39;s network with malicious traffic. The attacks targeted services that are heavily used during the holidays, such as media streaming and online gaming. Cybercriminals launched approximately 5.4 M DDoS attacks in the first half of 2021 alone. Researchers said it is critical to implement best practices to defend DDoS attacks.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
