Deepa Madhavan of PayPal Appointed as Genesys' Country Head for India

<p>Deepa Madhavan was appointed as the India-Country Head by cloud customer experience and contact centre solutions vendor Genesys. Deepa Madhavan will continue to build Genesys cloud technologies and engage teams across all functions in Genesys India in her new role, according to a corporate statement. She will supervise, support, and expand the company&#39;s research and development centre in Chennai, the company&#39;s second largest such unit globally.</p>
