ED Will Exchange Company Data With CCI and 14 Other Agencies

<p>Competition Commission of India (CCI) and Enforcement Directorate have agreed to share data (ED). Under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, the government has alerted the ED and 15 other agencies of data-sharing arrangements (PMLA). This will give the 15 regulators access to important data held by the ED. Other agencies participating in the PMLA data-sharing arrangement include the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, and many others.</p>
