Edtech Companies Must Update their Business Models to Satisfy Parents

<p>There has been&nbsp;a rise in dissatisfaction among parents who enroll their kids in edtech options in JEE and NEET, which has an impact on renewal fees and suffering for the edtech model as per reports. To understand their experiences with edtech options in the Okay-12 and JEE-NEET categories, a poll of 521 parents was conducted. The survey showed that the rate at which product evolution should have occurred has not occurred while the negative NPS gave EdTech a chance to make changes.</p>
