Elon Musk and Twitter deal very close to complete

<p>The Washington Post and The New York Times have reported that Twitter Board is seriously considering the $46.5B offer from Elon Musk after he detailed his plans to finance the acquisition. The NYT also reported that board members are now in advanced negotiations to clear additional details like financial protection for the company if the deal was to fall through. It is important to note that both reports said that the deal is not yet finalized and could still see failure.</p>
