Elon Musk Appoints New Board of Directors for Twitter Post Twitter Takeover

<p>A securities filing revealed that after Elon Musk took over Twitter, its board of directors was dissolved. According to CNN Business, Musk is now &quot;the only director of Twitter.&quot; Bret Taylor, the chairman, and Parag Agrawal, the former CEO of Twitter, are &quot;no longer directors.&quot; Ned Segal, the chief financial officer, and Vijaya Gadde, the head of legal policy, trust, and safety, among others, were sacked following the company&#39;s acquisition last week.</p>
