Thursday night, Musk finalised the agreement, taking Twitter private. The procedure resulted in the dismissal of the CEO Parag Agrawal, the CFO Ned Segal, the general counsel Sean Edgett, and the head of legal policy, trust, and safety Vijaya Gadde.</p>
