Ericsson Teams Up Wtih Jio to Create Country's First 5G Standalone Network

<p>Reliance Jio Infocomm, an Indian communications service provider (CSP), and Ericsson have engaged in a long-term strategic 5G contract to roll out 5G Standalone (SA) in the nation. The announcement&nbsp;came&nbsp;after the 5G spectrum was distributed in India&#39;s recently finished auctions. Jio and Ericsson are working together for the first time to develop radio access networks in the nation. Both Jio and Ericsson expressed hopes for a positive and beneficial partnership.</p>
