ETMoney using predictive analytics to increase cross-selling

<p>ETMoney invested in predictive analytics to increase its cross-sell and up-sell to grow the business. Mukesh P Kalra CEO & Founder talked about the three-staged process to reach a 180% increase in cross-sell. The first stage was to predict the customer's desire to purchase another product. The second was to estimate the likelihood of approval. Predicting the time of intercept was the third. ETMoney then used predictive analytics to look at ways to increase retention.<br /> </p>
