Experts Predict IT Spending Expand Somewhat in 2023, Two-Wheeler EV Sales Remaining High in November

<p>Due to holiday discounts, electric two-wheeler sales reached an all-time high of 76,445 units in October. Those who expected sales to dip in November were surprised because 76,148 electric two-wheelers were sold that month.
