Flipkart acquires D2C SaaS platform ANS Commerce

<p>Flipkart, a Walmart-owned e-tailer, announced the acquisition of ANS Commerce, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, for an unknown sum. The transaction is still pending and is scheduled to close in the second half of 2022, subject to &quot;customary closing conditions.&quot; The ANS has more than 100 clients, as per the company, and it will continue to function as an independent business under its current leadership team.</p>
