For Q2 Wipro Will Implement 100% Variable Pay up to Team Leader Levels

<p>Wipro announced that it will issue 100% variable pay up to team leader levels for Q2. The IT company stated that the variable pay would be released along with the November wage. &nbsp;Additionally, in Q2, Wipro reported a 14.6% jump in its revenue at Rs 22,540 Cr and &nbsp;according to the company, team leaders and new hires will both receive variable pay, with the remaining employees receiving payouts based on the fulfilment of their units&#39; goals.</p>
