French, Italians, Spain call on tech companies to pay for telecom networks

<p>Push from France, Italy, and Spain is increasing on the European Commission to draft a bill that ensures Big Tech companies would contribute to the cost of telecoms infrastructure across the EU. The three governments officially stated their shared stance on the matter for the first time at this time.
