General Atlantic to invest Rs 3,675 Crore in Reliance Retail

<p>General Atlantic will invest Rs 3,675 Cr into Reliance Retail Ventures Limited &ndash; the retail arm of Mukesh Ambani led conglomerate &ndash; to acquire 0.84% equity stake in RRVL on a fully diluted basis. This investment values Reliance Retail at a pre-money equity value of Rs 4.285 L Cr. This marks the second investment by General Atlantic in a subsidiary of Reliance Retail, following a Rs 6,598.32 Cr investment in Jio Platforms announced earlier this year.</p>
