Google files motion to several counts in lawsuit

<p>In an antitrust lawsuit brought by the state of Texas, Google filed a motion asking a federal court to dismiss most of the counts. The company argued in the filing that the Texas lawsuit isn&#39;t credible and that the state hasn&#39;t proven that the company&#39;s ad business has broken antitrust laws. Google Director of Economic Policy Adam Cohen wrote in a blog post that the company is considering dismissing it due to its failure to make plausible antitrust claims.</p>
