Google scrapped next Pixelbook, disbands the team

<p>Google has scrapped Pixelbook laptop&#39;s new update and also disbanded the team. Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google, has already stated plans to cut various projects, particularly those pertaining to ChromeOS, and slow down hiring. Pixelbook team resources have been redistributed to areas with higher priority. Google does not divulge personnel or future product plans. The business is working on tablets, smartwatches, and an Android tablet that will launch the next year.</p>
