Happiest Minds to recruit over 900 people in next 3 quarters

<p>Having a high attrition rate of 14.7% in June quarter, software firm Happiest Minds is looking to recruit 300 people in each of the next three quarters. Currently having a headcount of 3538 people, after onboarding 310 in the June quarter, the company is looking to maintain the pace of recruitment further, said Executive VC, Joseph Anantharaju.
