HCL completes acquisition of Australian IT firm DWS

<p>HCL Technologies had announced to acquire DWS last year in Sept and hence completed the acquisition on Jan 5, 2021. This would strengthen HCL&#39;s position in the Australian and New Zealand market. DWS provides a wide range of IT services including digital transformation, application development and support, program and project management and consulting. HCL employees 1600 people in major cities, including Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.</p>
