HCL underpaid H1-B visa holders, says report
<p>HCL Technologies underpaid H-1B visa holders by up to $95M in recent years, according to a report, based on the Economic Policy Institute's analysis of an internal company document. The document was made public as part of a lawsuit filed by a whistleblower against the Indian IT services firm. Skilled migrants with H1-B visas working as subcontractors for Disney, FedEx, Google, and other companies were underpaid by $95M, said the report.<br /> </p>
