HP to acquire Poly to facilitate hybrid work
<p>IT giant, HP has announced that they are in talks to buy Poly for $40 per share or $3.3B in total. HP’s data show that around 75% of office employees invest in their home setup to fulfill their work needs and this deal seems to be based on that. President of HP, Enrique Lores said that the rise of hybrid offices has created an opportunity to redefine the way we work and by acquiring Poly, they are improving their position in the peripheral and workforce solutions market.</p>
