IBM sees hybrid cloud as $1.2 tr opportunity in India, bets big

<p>IBM is betting big on Hybrid cloud, as organisations are digitally transforming themselves using Artificial Intelligence. It sees it a $1.2 tr opportunity. IBM has built three key platforms &ndash; mainframe, services, and middleware, while the hybrid cloud being the fourth. Recently, Vodafone Idea and Airtel have signed up IBM to build and upgrade its telecom network cloud to prepare them for 5G. IBM clients also include Honda, Maruti, NSE, SBI, Amul and Indian government.</p>
