If Co goes Bankrupt, Creditors Won't Be Allowed to Sell Spectrum.

<p>The proposed telecom bill has clarified the issues of spectrum ownership for businesses going through insolvency proceedings and the regulation of OTT communication services, as per the analysts.&nbsp;Additionally, the bill implies that the value of spectrum cannot be sold by creditors in accordance with the Insolvency &amp; Bankruptcy Code and that spectrum ownership will remain with the government.</p>
