If Twitter Violates FTC consent decree, Musk's Attorney Tells Staff That They Won't be Responsible

<p>Alex Spiro, Musk&#39;s lawyer notifies workers about FTC&#39;s warning via email claiming that they are not liable for following to the consent decree&#39;s conditions. According to the 2011 consent decree, Twitter was required to create and maintain a programme to make sure that its new features do not affect the security, privacy, confidentiality, or integrity of any nonpublic consumer information&quot; and to report on it on a regular basis.</p>
