In India Telegram Cuts Subscription By Over 50%

Customers now pay 179 Indian rupees ($2.2) per month instead of the previous 469 Indian rupees ($5.74). Over 120 million people in the nation utilise the instant messaging service each month. It started offering optional subscriptions in June of this year in an effort to strengthen its financial position and provide a free tier.</p>
