India Inc may keep 50% of employees in WFH mode

<p>Despite the ease in lockdown restrictions, firms are not implementing work-from-office as earlier. While Marico and Wunderman Thompson seek to bring only 40% and 50% of their respective workforces to offices, Mercedes-Benz plans to mandate only 3 days WFO. On the contrary, Axis Group and Motilal Oswal Financial Services are relying on employees&rsquo; readiness programmes for return to work. &nbsp;Nestle India, adhering to safety norms, will allow sectional employee return.</p>
