India Will Soon Be Coursera's Top Market: Jeff Maggioncalda

<p>Over the next 18-20 months, India is likely to outnumber its home market, the United States, and even Europe in terms of learners, according to Coursera CEO Jeff Maggioncalda. The startup, which has 17M learners and content collaborations with 15 Indian colleges, is anticipated to surpass the US and Europe. It has 20M students in the United States and 19 million in Europe. The ed-tech firm saw almost 1.9M new course enrolments in India during the June quarter.</p>
