Indian IT firms to hire 3,60,000 freshers in FY22: Study

<p>IT firms are likely to hire around 360k freshers in the fiscal year 2022, said a study by cognitive intelligence platform UnearthInsight. Turnover is expected to up from 22.3% the previous quarter and 19.5% the quarter before. In the FY 2023, this is predicted to drop to 16-18%, the study, IT Industry Q3 Insights &amp; FY22 Forecast, said. It anticipates revenue growth of 19-12% for IT services companies in fiscal 2022, the greatest level in the industry&#39;s history.</p>
