India’s IT Giants Pay CEOs Millions As Turnover Climbs Among Software Talent

<p>The median compensation for CEOs has increased by 1,449.02 per cent while the typical salary for freshmen has only increased by 40 per cent. Former Infosys board member T.V. Mohandas Pai says freshers are being paid the same &#39;3.5-4 lakh that companies were paying 10-12 years ago. The CEO&#39;s compensation in India is out of proportion to the wages of their employees.
