Infosys to acquire GuideVision for 30mn euros

<p>Infosys signed an agreement to acquire GuideVision for up to 30M euros. The deal will close during the third quarter of fiscal 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. GuideVision specialises in offering strategic advisory, consulting, implementations, training and support on the ServiceNow platform. Its strong presence in Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Germany and Finland will strengthen Infosys&rsquo; ServiceNow capabilities for its clients in Europe.</p>
