Inspira Enterprise plans to launch IPO this month
<p>Cybersecurity firm Inspira Enterprise India has planned to launch its Rs 800 Cr IPO this month. The funds garnered will be used to expand the firm's geographical presence, especially in the US, according to a senior official. The company intends to raise Rs 300 crore through equity shares. Inspira's MD, Chetan Jain, said that the IPO would be launched before the Christmas vacation. It received SEBI's green signal to launch the public issue.<br /> </p>
