Instagram Kids development put on hold by Facebook amidst criticism

<p>Instagram has put the development of the app &quot;Instagram Kids&quot;, on hold after parent Facebook aced criticism. The app was to be developed for kids, to provide age-appropriate content for them, but US lawmakers and advocacy groups have urged Instagram to drop the plans due to safety concerns.
