Intel in talks with Italy to set up advanced semiconductor packaging plant

<p>Intel and Italy, according to sources, are in talks over an investment worth $9B to build an advanced semiconductor packaging plant. A deal of this size would secure Italy about 10% of the 80B euros the U.S. company is looking to spend over the next decade in Europe.
