Jio warns customers as spam call rates spike again

<p>Reliance Jio warned customers against the rising cyber frauds in an email. Jio said that imposters falsely claim that failure to complete e-KYC will result in the services getting impacted. The telco asked customers not to download any third-party apps as all relevant info can be found in the MyJio app and cautioned them not to click on suspicious links, attachments. The email notification by telcos come at the time when spam call rates spiked in India again.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
