Kedaara Capital invests $50M in Oasis Fertility

<p>Private equity firm Kedaara Capital has provided $50M in capital to Oasis Fertility in exchange for sizable minority ownership in the business. InvAscent, which made an investment in the company in 2016, will be able to exit through the deal. It was Kedaara&#39;s second investment in the single specialty healthcare sector after ASG Eye Hospitals. In the previous three years, Oasis has doubled its revenues while expanding its network of 26 clinics throughout 16 cities.</p>
