Lam Research says that U.S. Export Restrictions to China Might Result in $2.5 Billion Revenue Loss

<p>The U.S. putting restrictions on shipping of high-end technology to China in 2023 will cost $2 billion to $2.5 billion in lost income, according to chip-making tech vendor Lam Research Corp. According to administration's policies, American businesses must stop providing unlicensed equipment to Chinese chipmakers. The most recent company to warn about an impact from the sales restrictions is Lam Research, which receives 30% of its revenue from China.</p>
