Long-term pilot program is underway for Zomato Instant, says cofounder Mohit Gupta

<p>The 10-minute meal delivery plan from Zomato is currently in an extended experimental phase, according to cofounder Mohit Gupta. &quot;We realise our obligation towards sustainability, safety, ensuring the food quality is excellent, and also making sure we have a line of sight to profitability, as we start scaling this, which is why we are taking time in our pilot,&quot; he said in an interview. Zomato had previously stated it would begin offering 10-minute food delivery in April.</p>
