Manthan Software acquires personalisation software maker RichRelevance

<p>Bengaluru-headquartered based Manthan Software has acquired San Francisco based RichRelevance for an undisclosed amount. Atul Jalan, CEO of Manthan, told that it was primarily a stock deal. He added, with the acquisition, the combined entity will for now be called Manthan Software. As per the media reports, this acquisition will add personalization and recommendation analytics to Manthan&rsquo;s top capabilities of customer marketing analytics.</p>
