Manufacturers have to now wait 21 weeks, as Chip shortage worsens

<p>The waiting time for manufacturers worldwide has increased drastically, as the chip shortage worsens. Previously being just six days, Companies now have to wait up to 21 weeks from the date of order placement, to get their consignment, reports Bloomberg. Lead times for Analog and Broadcom Inc. chips have gotten longer. GPU manufacturers are suffering severely due to the wait, while the delayed launch of JioPhone is another notable incident.</p>
