Match skills, not past experience for roles, says LinkedIn's Singapore initiative

<p>To assess candidates in a more equitable way, LinkedIn has introduced a new initiative in Singapore. Titled &quot;Skills Path&quot; it includes a skill assessment tool covering six job categories i.e data analyst, project manager, etc. It will help recruiters identify core skills and give candidates a &quot;fairer shot&quot; at roles. Comprising of an MCQ assessment, along with a video or written one before the interview, Skills Path will also provide candidates with free LinkedIn courses.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
