Meta bans discussion on abortion at work

<p>On Workplace, Meta employees are prohibited from discussing abortion. The policy was implemented in 2019, however, it was not reported until today. HR VP Janelle Gale stated that abortion is &quot;the most controversial and reported topic&quot; among employees. Sheryl Sandberg, the CEO of Facebook, termed abortion &quot;one of our most fundamental rights.&quot; Employees can talk about abortion in private with a trusted colleague or in a listening session with like-minded people.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
