Meta Seeks $35 Billion Financing Led by Apollo for U.S. Data Center Expansion

Meta Platforms Inc. is in early discussions to secure approximately $35 billion in financing, led by Apollo Global Management, to develop data centers across the United States. This initiative aims to bolster Meta's artificial intelligence infrastructure, aligning with CEO Mark Zuckerberg's announcement to invest up to $65 billion in AI advancements this year. KKR & Co. is also reportedly part of the investor group.
