Michigan Is Becoming The Center Of U.S. Battery Manufacturing

<p>The development of a number of battery manufacturing facilities, that will power the wave of upcoming electric vehicles is currently receiving a boost from both public &amp; private investment in Michigan, which has long been the center of the country&#39;s automotive production. Michigan&rsquo;s incentives have attracted automakers looking to produce their own batteries domestically, as well. In June, Ford said it would invest $2 B into three EV assembly plants in Michigan.</p>
