Microsoft adds new ways to gravitate users towards Edge

<p>Microsoft changed the way to set a default browser, in an effort to get Windows 11 users to use Edge. There are a bunch of steps users need to take that require tinkering with a number of settings just to change the default browser. The company also locked Edge-specific protocols that enabled users to redirect programs to other Web Browsers. Microsoft said that it was a part of the end to end customer experience that the company provides to its users.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
