Microsoft Claims GitHub To Currently have 90M Active Users and $1B ARR

<p>Microsoft released a number of new data points for GitHub, the hugely popular code repository site it purchased for $7.5B in 2018, during its earnings call today. Since the acquisition, GitHub&#39;s annual recurring revenue has increased from an estimated $200 to $300 million to $1 billion. The business also disclosed that the platform now has over 90 million active users, up from 28 million when the acquisition closed and 73 million in November of last year.</p>
