Microsoft India funds two COVID-19 detection projects of IIT Delhi

<p>Microsoft India to fund two COVID-19 detection research projects of IIT Delhi. One of the projects, an ICMR approved probe-free Real-Time PCR-based COVID-19 detection assay, is developed at its&nbsp;Kusuma School of Biological Sciences. Another, a joint effort of IIT-D and National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, intends to develop an ELISA based diagnostic serological assay against COVID-19. Both the projects will be affordable and easily scalable.</p>
