Microsoft releases an emergency patch for a critical Windows bug

<p>Microsoft has released an emergency patch to fix a critical bug in its Print Spooler service called PrintNightmare. A hacker could run arbitrary code with system privileges and install or delete programs, view, create or delete data and profiles with full user access. Microsoft has issued patches for Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2008, Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, a variety of supported versions of Windows 10 and 7.</p>
