Microsoft tests new version of Photos app for Windows 11
<p>A new version of the Photos app for Windows 11 is being tested by Microsoft. It provides an updated gallery display and upgrades to the "Memories" function. However, the video editor from the old app won't work anymore. Starting on Wednesday, Windows Insiders will have access to the new pictures app through the Dev Channel. According to Panos Panay, Microsoft's head of devices and Windows, it will be made available to everyone else in October.<br /> </p>
