Microsoft will retire its 'made for India' chat app Kaizala in 2023

<p>Tech giant Microsoft intends to stop offering Kaizala, a group messaging service &quot;designed for India,&quot; on August 31 of the next year. Support for and access to the service will stop after that day. Existing Kaizala users will be able to use the service up until that point. New users will instead be onboarded directly to Teams for chat, meetings, and calling rather than Kaizala in the interim.</p>
