New automated bot call feature to improve credit collection for Khatabook

<p>Digital ledger app Khatabook has rolled out a new automated bot call feature, in an effort to improve credit collection for its merchant user base. The system, termed "Interactive Voice Response", is available in nine Indian languages. It has four sub-features: Automated Call, Bulk Call, Collection Dashboard, Call History. Stating that nearly 30% of customers need a reminder for payment, IVR will automate credit recovery, said Ravish Naresh, CEO Khatabook.<br /> </p>
