New automated bot call feature to improve credit collection for Khatabook

<p>Digital ledger app Khatabook has rolled out a new automated bot call feature, in an effort to improve credit collection for its merchant user base. The system, termed &quot;Interactive Voice Response&quot;, is available in nine Indian languages. It has four sub-features: Automated Call, Bulk Call, Collection Dashboard, Call History. Stating that nearly 30% of customers need a reminder for payment, IVR will automate credit recovery, said Ravish Naresh, CEO Khatabook.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
